    I own QA for high-traffic food-ordering platforms and an enterprise smart-city platform, covering web and mobile apps across multiple markets. I also lead QA and Application Management Support (AMS) for Dubai South.

    Requirements & planning

    • Review requirements and FRDs to find gaps and ambiguities before development starts
    • Design test cases and test scenarios from business requirements
    • Keep test documentation (test cases and bug reports) structured and up to date

    Testing & execution

    • Run end-to-end functional, smoke, sanity, system, integration and regression testing on web and mobile apps
    • Validate APIs and check data in the database with SQL
    • Test third-party integrations, using system and application logs to confirm the data flow
    • Run performance tests in Apache JMeter to find backend bottlenecks under different user loads
    • Verify UI/UX against the agreed designs and requirements

    Defects & releases

    • Own the defect lifecycle in Jira and Azure DevOps: logging, prioritization, tracking, retesting and closure
    • Validate releases and give QA sign-off before production deployment
    • Lead QA and Application Management Support (AMS) for Dubai South

    Collaboration

    • Work with developers, product owners and stakeholders in an Agile environment
    • Support and guide junior QA team members
    • Use Cypress automation to cut repetitive regression work
